How long does it take for my coffee to ship?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 10% on every order. Choose your frequency—ranging from weekly to monthly—and manage your preferences through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy on coffee beans?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Can I purchase Kahwa Coffee in ground form or only whole bean?
We offer most of our roasts in both whole bean and various grind sizes, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, to suit your preferred brewing method.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to bring Kahwa Coffee to more enthusiasts worldwide soon.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
To maintain peak flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the taste profile of the beans.
